today i learned that a little bit of yoga and a good run can fix just about anything. but by anything, i really only mean a rotten attitude... don't go trying to fix an injury with yoga and a run ;)
really, anytime i'm being negative, the combination of stretching, spending time outside, & getting my blood pumping always gets me smiling again.
add a pretty beach and i might explode with happiness. st thomas, so soon!*
