i love positive words on coffee cups. i love heart-shaped froth on chai tea lattes. i love saying hi to smiling strangers on the street. i love falling asleep in bed with a book on my chest. i love the unconditional love from children and animals. i love memorizing poignant phrases written by men who never claimed to know anything. i love yoga and deep breathing and the feeling of new blood racing through my extremities. i love laughing until i'm absolutely dizzy.
i love wine-induced comas. i love food made with love and meals with friends, because i earnestly believe those sorts of energies have a profound effect on our bodies.
i love looking at all the little things i used to stamp so much value on, and coming to the realization that i don't need them to define me. and so i donate them, or recycle them, or just plain let. them. go.
i love long late night talks with dear friends. about the future. about other friends. about romance. about philosophy and spirituality and everything in between.
i love going all over the world, only to realize that what we were searching for was right here all along... hidden in familiar places, sitting criss-cross between the trees, amongst unconditional love, inside ourselves.
